Jay and his team were incredibly quick and efficient at getting the job done! Had some grading done around the house to mitigate moisture problems in the basement. As easy-going and communicative as he was, I feel confident in the work that got done and will be calling him in the future for anything else. I paid exactly what was drawn up in the estimate with 100% satisfaction of the results. 10/10 would recommend.
